5 Wardrobe Must Haves

I think that every woman should own the basic wardrobe staples that can just be thrown on in the mornings, and look instantly chic. These staples should be well fitting and be classic enough to last you a couple of years. I would advise you to spend more on these as you'll wear them time and time again.
Here are my top 5 wardrobe staples:

5. A classic black bag- This should be of a medium size and make Grace Kelly proud. Chanel do the best classic handbags that I know of, and that quilted look will always be in style. It is my ambition in life to be able to buy myself a Birkin bag though I'll settle for the high street for now. I find it next to impossible to find an expensive looking bag on the cheap (step into New Look and you'll know what I'm talking about) but my favourites have to be Aldo and Zara.
4. A white shirt- Often the most simplest of things look the best. It looks great with almost everything from jeans to pencil skirts and they're so cheap that there really isn't an excuse for anyone not to have one.
3. The Trench Coat- This should be a neutral colour such as sand, camel or grey and end up on your knee or just above it. A flattering coat should have a belt to tie in the waist and have buttons similar colour to the coat.
2. Black Heels- Every woman probably already has one of these in these wardrobe. They should have a medium heel with possibly a simple embellishment at the front. The perfect black heels can be worn at work, party and every other occasion.
1. LBD- Yes, the Little Black Dress. Well you knew that it would be on here didn't you? The perfect dress should be able to take you from day to night by just changing a few accessories so choose something that is a good fit (but not too tight), short (but not too short) and stylish to be in all year round.
